Pega Developer
Summary
Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Pega (Pega Platform/Infinity) applications — case management, workflows, integrations via REST/SOAP, and performance tuning — while mentoring developers and managing technical deliverables. Requires 7+ years in IT with strong hands-on Pega experience; based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end Pega application design, development, and implementation.
· Translate business requirements into scalable Pega technical solutions.
· Design application architecture, case management, workflows, integrations, data models, and reusable components.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega developers.
· Conduct code/design reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
· Work closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and client stakeholders.
· Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and resolution of complex technical issues.
· Support integration of Pega with APIs, REST/SOAP services, databases, and enterprise applications.
· Manage technical deliverables across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
· Mentor team members and drive engineering quality across the Pega delivery team.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree or Master degree or relevant
· 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development experience.
· Strong expertise in Pega Platform / Pega Infinity.
· Experience with Case Management, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Decision Rules, Integration, Security, and Reporting.
· Strong knowledge of Pega application architecture and design principles.
· Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
· Strong understanding of performance tuning and Pega guardrails.
· Experience leading Pega development teams and managing technical deliverables.
· Strong stakeholder-management skills.
· Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is strongly preferred; Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) would be an advantage.
· Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, or other large enterprise transformation programs would be beneficial.
