Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Pega solution design-from discovery & requirement mapping to LSA/SSA-level architecture and deployment.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable Pega applications using best practices for case types, data models, rulesets, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex operational workflows into Pega-based automation using DCO and Agile methodologies.
- Optimize performance, manage technical debt, and enforce architecture governance across multi-team Pega delivery programs.
- Mentor junior developers and system architects; lead code reviews, technical spikes, and architecture decision logs (ADLs).
- Integrate Pega with external systems (CRM, ERP, RPA, REST/SOAP APIs) and design robust error handling, auditing, and monitoring frameworks.

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
- PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC)
- Pega Decisioning & AI Studio
- Integration with REST/SOAP APIs
- DevOps & CI/CD for Pega (Jenkins, Git, Docker)
- Pega Cloud or Pega Infinity deployments
- Data Pages, Decision Trees, and Service Levels
- Preferred
- Experience with Pega Customer Service or Pega Sales Automation
- Knowledge of Pega Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Exposure to Microservices architecture with Pega
