Position Description:
Accommodate Guest's needs by greeting them in a timely professional manner and providing them with information pertaining to menu and "How to Pei Wei". Fulfill orders placed by Guest's for dining in or for take away in person, by phone or on-line.
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for the overall set-up, maintenance and closing duties for the front of the house (FOH) in accordance to Pei Wei SOP's
* Process phone orders in a timely manner
* Takes and processes customer orders into POS system.
* Processes and totals order on POS system and apply customer payment into register.
* Processes credit cards, takes cash and makes correct change for customer payment.
* Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant.
* Packages take home orders for customers.
* Tabulate data regarding bills, total amounts, restaurant expenses in POS system.
* Maintains and cleans front of house area including drink and condiment station
* Follows dress code.
* Work around various levels of temperature, including warm to extremely warm temperatures in the kitchen.
