You will ensure payroll runs accurately and on time, while also supporting key P&C processes and providing great experience for employees and managers. You will work on projects, collaborate with suppliers, and explore opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize the way we work.

• Take ownership of accurate and timely payroll delivery for your assigned countries

• Investigate payroll issues, identify root causes, and follow through until the right solution is in place

• Build strong relationships with payroll suppliers and collaborate with them to ensure high-quality service

• Look for opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve our processes

• Support key P&C processes and help create a smooth, positive employee experience

• Become a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear, timely, and helpful support

• Use Workday to manage employee data, support process execution, and resolve system-related issues

• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across countries, functions, and cultures

• Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes and help ensure our processes remain compliant

• Contribute to projects and improvement initiatives that shape the future of Payroll and P&C Operations

• Take ownership and can be trusted to deliver accurate, high-quality work

• Enjoy working with data and have strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Communicate confidently in written and spoken English

Experience in HR or P&C Operations and a relevant bachelor’s degree will help you succeed in the role. Experience with Workday, ADP, or another payroll provider would be a welcome advantage, as would knowledge of German or another European language.
