People Partner Senior Officer
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for employees across all departments, ensuring timely communication, guidance, and support.
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities and events, gathering insights and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with the Internal Communications team to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the organization.
- Represent the HR department in all internal events, initiatives, and employee-facing activities.
- Support & guide the knowledge hub employees in understanding People & Culture department policies and assist in creating new policies required.
- Act as the primary focal point for expats to support in all related items as in travel arrangements (Flight + Visa), accommodation, schooling, pre-employment arrangements, hiring documents, work permit and family residency.
- Solve employees’ conflicts and provide advice needed.
Employee Data & HR Operations
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data across all HR systems and records.
- Oversee and conduct the onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Manage employee requests, documentation, and transactions in compliance with internal policies and Egyptian` labor laws.
- Serve as the link between the Talent Management and Personnel teams, ensuring alignment and smooth workflow across all HR functions.
Benefits & Employee Support
- Manage corporate mobile plans and accounts, ensuring proper allocation and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate and handle employee investigations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
- Receives New hires pre-employment medical test results from The Knowledge Hub physician.
- Updates the system by adding new joiners and deleting separated employees.
- Handling medical insurance costs including local & international service providers’ payments & pre- employment medical checkups.
Managing HR Systems & Reporting
- Support the Talent team by providing analytical insights that inform decisions on engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
- Apply problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex employee and operational challenges.
- Uploading new hires’ data on Oracle.
- Handling Oracle ERP System approvals and reports.
- Generating staff attendance report and sending the attendance issue to staff members and P&C payroll.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant major
- 3-5 years of experience in HR related functions
- Good experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication & presentation skills
- Proficient level of English speaking & writing
- Problem Solving skills
- Analytical thinking skills
