Overview The Technical Maintenance Department is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production and packaging equipment. High-quality planning is a critical component of this process, enabling reliable performance, timely maintenance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Assist mechanical and maintenance team with equipment inspections and repairs. Support preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules. Help troubleshoot mechanical issues on production and packaging equipment. Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records. Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Participate in equipment cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments. Report equipment abnormalities and potential safety hazards. Learn manufacturing processes and continuous improvement practices. Support machine startup, shutdown, and changeover activities when required. Qualifications Higher education in technical field Basic understanding of mechanical systems, motors, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment. Ability to read simple technical drawings and maintenance instructions. Strong willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM) principles and strong safety awareness Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Fluent in Georgian, English on B1+ level
