Performance Architect| Thane

1. The Performance Architect is responsible for the overall performance strategy, design, and optimization of our software systems.
2. This role involves working closely with development, operations, and product teams to define performance requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure that our applications deliver a fast and seamless experience to end-users.
3. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance engineering, system architecture, and a passion for building highly efficient and responsive systems.

1. Champion the performance architecture strategy for new and existing applications.
2. Design and system architectures, identifying potential performance bottlenecks and providing recommendations for scalable and efficient designs.
3. Establish performance baselines, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and performance budgets.
4. Lead the evaluation and selection of performance testing and monitoring tools.
5. Lead and conduct various types of performance testing, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.
6. Analyze test results, identify root causes of performance issues, and provide detailed recommendations for optimization.
7. Work with development teams to profile code, optimize algorithms, and improve database queries.
8. Collaborate with application architects, developers, and product managers to embed performance considerations into the early stages of the design and development process.
9. Mentor and guide engineering teams on performance best practices, tuning techniques, and capacity planning.
10. Communicate performance metrics, risks, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
11. Design and implement comprehensive performance monitoring and observability solutions.
12. Proactively monitor production environments to detect and diagnose performance degradation.
13. Lead efforts to tune and optimize system configurations, infrastructure and application code for maximum performance.

M.Tech/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree
