Performance Test Engineer - Neoload - Only for immediate joiners

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad.
• Create and maintain performance test scripts, including correlation, parameterization, and dynamic data handling.
• Develop realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and application teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad.
• 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Good understanding of performance testing concepts, workload modelling, and performance metrics.
• Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web applications, and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
