Performance Tester Engineer (C# required) (only CR)
Summary
100% remote QA performance testing role open only to candidates in Costa Rica: design and maintain C# automated test scripts and frameworks, and drive functional plus load/API performance testing with JMeter, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient QA Automation Engineer with expertise in C# and performance testing. In this role, you will design and maintain automated test scripts, build comprehensive testing frameworks, and implement effective testing strategies to ensure that our software solutions are high-quality, scalable, and reliable. Your contributions will be critical in driving both functional and performance testing, using tools like JMeter for load and API testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Performance Engineer or in a similar role, with a solid grasp of QA methodologies and industry best practices.
- Strong programming skills in C# and familiarity with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Significant experience with performance testing using JMeter.
- Expertise in API automation and load testing.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with setting up and managing test environments.
- Knowledge of BDD/TDD methodologies and tools such as SpecFlow.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
