Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and support employee onboarding and offboarding while liaising with clients to meet staffing needs and contribute to staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to source and place candidates effectively
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
• Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes to facilitate seamless employee transitions
• Liaise with clients and companies to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements
• Support initiatives to promote staff wellbeing and maintain a positive departmental environment

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Demonstrate passion for engaging and liaising with people from diverse backgrounds
