Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients- helping them protect what matters most through proactive service, thoughtful guidance, and strong relationship management.
As an integral member of our Personal Lines team, the Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, providing day-to-day service, coverage guidance, and risk management support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a team-based environment.
Office Location Openings: Franklin, Worcester, Dennis Port, Westwood, Wellesley & Duxbury
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Manage the day-to-day service needs of a Personal Lines client portfolio
  • Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverages, policy changes, and risk reduction strategies
  • Proactively identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions aligned with client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members
  • Market accounts and work closely with carrier partners to secure competitive coverage options
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, policy processing, and documentation within agency systems
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and claims support needs
  • Support retention efforts through consistent communication and high-quality service
  • Contribute to team goals and support the agency’s mission, values, and strategic initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (agency experience preferred)
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and standard business tools
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred
