StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Type: In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent
Work Location: 325 Washmill Lake Dr, Halifax NS B3S 0J7
Pay: Starting from $48,000 annually
What You Will Do:
Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues
What You Bring:
Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
