What we’re looking for:
- Maximum and Flexible Availability
- Must have a Personal Support Certificate.
- Minimum 3 doses of Covid vaccine
- Access to reliable transportation is a bonus.
- Past experience in healthcare as a PSW specially in long term care.
Availability :
- Weekends - Saturdays and Sundays
- Weekdays - Flexible working hours (Mornings, Evenings and Overnights)
What you’ll be doing:
- Help clients maintain their independence by assisting with daily activities, following the care plan and personal care needs.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and exercises to improve range of motion.
- Plan and prepare meals according to dietary requirements, and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Manage household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Offer companionship and respite services to clients and their families, fostering emotional well-being.
