General Responsibilities:
Personal Trainers are responsible for delivering safe, professional, and personalized one-on-one training sessions that provide meaningful value and help members achieve their fitness goals. They create a welcoming and inclusive environment, build positive relationships through exceptional service, and educate members on proper exercise techniques and safe training practices. Personal Trainers are expected to collaborate with members to deliver a high-quality experience that reflects the values and standards of Planet Fitness.
