Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe.

We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project objective

  • The goal of the project is to help collect images of agricultural fields, that will support farmers’ transition to regenerative agriculture to enhance resiliency and profitability. The project is performed with a smartphone and an app. The full training is provided.
  • The data collectors will be given specific areas where fields need to be photographed. The project is expected to last around 2 weeks.
  • The ideal candidate has a car (we compensate per km), knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable.

Requirements

  • Must have a car and a smartphone with the last IOS/Android update
  • Must be authorized to work in the country
  • Responsible & Reliable
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of responsibility
  • Tech savvy (smartphone and basic apps)
  • Self-motivated and detailed oriented
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Background in agriculture is a big plus but not required
