【職務簡介】
M31主要業務為向 IC 設計業者和晶圓代工廠授權 IP，此職務為負責IC設計後端流程之實體設計APR工程師職缺。

【將負責的工作內容】
1. Perform physical design flow, including Floorplan ,Powerplan, Placement, Clock tree synthesis, Timing optimization, and Routing.
2. Perform physical verification, including DRC, LVS, IR drop analysis.
3. Familiar with IC physical implementation tools
4. Support STA timing analysis and timing closure.
5. TCL , Perl or Python script language skill is preferred.
6. Knowledge in FinFET and GAA technology is plus.

1. 擅長工具
-APR: Cadence Innovus or Synopsys ICC2/ICC
-Layout Editor: Laker or Virtuoso
-PV: Calibre
-STA: Prime Time
-Power analysis: Voltus
2. Good communication skill and willing to teamwork
3. 有 APR 相關工作經歷 3 年以上
4. 電機電子/資訊工程相關科系碩士畢業
