Qualifications for a Physical Therapist Assistant:

· Associate degree from an APTA accredited program required.

· Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.

Hunter’s Creek Nursing and Rehab is located at 14155 Town Loop Blvd in South Orlando, 32837, and is a 118 bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services including high acuity respiratory care in our 10 bed trach and vent unit. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
