What you'll do
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and support their long-term outcomes
- Collaborate with your clinical team to deliver excellent care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active or eligible New Jersey PT License
- New Grads welcome - structured mentorship program
- Preferred (not required): outpatient orthopedic experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $120,000
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 – $10,000
