Physician, Radiation Onc - Radiation Oncology MG - Vineland
MAJOR FUNCTION:
Join a multidisciplinary radiation oncology team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The physician will evaluate patients, develop and oversee individualized radiation treatment plans, and utilize advanced technologies such as IGRT, IMRT, and SRS/SBRT to provide precise, effective therapy.
Responsibilities include delivering a full range of radiation services—EBRT, HDR, radiopharmaceutical therapy, thyroid ablation, and palliative treatments—while collaborating closely with therapists, dosimetrists, nurses, and medical physicists to ensure safety, accuracy, and optimal outcomes. This role also emphasizes continuity of care through ongoing patient management and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Medical Doctorate Degree.
- Successful completion of a residency program accredited by ACGME or AOA.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility provided Board Certification is obtained within two years.
Certifications/ Licensure:
- New Jersey Medical License.
- New Jersey CDS - Active, DEA Certificate - Active.
