  • Assess patients with neurological conditions and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive motor, balance, gait, posture, strength, and functional assessments.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
  • Implement neurorehabilitation techniques for conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and cerebral palsy.
  • Train patients in gait re-education, balance training, transfers, mobility, and functional activities.
  • Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and endurance programs.
  • Recommend and train patients in the use of mobility aids, orthoses, and assistive devices.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning, transfers, and fall prevention strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and modify treatment plans as required.
  • Collaborate with neurologists, rehabilitation physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational and professional standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, patient reviews, and discharge planning.
  • Ensure patient safety, infection control, and proper maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing professional development.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority in support of rehabilitation services.
