Pickleball Program Supervisor
The pickleball program supervisor is responsible for coordinating pickleball programming including clinics/drills, league play, and quarterly mixers. Cover the pickleball desk a minimum of 12 hours/week. Ensure that the courts and equipment are in good condition and keep track of supplies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and coordinate programming for pickleball including leagues, drills/clinics, and mixers.
- Cover the pickleball desk a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Cover league play including coordination of matches, score keeping, and being onsite for league nights.
- Utilize our software systems for day-to-day operations including assisting members with purchases, scheduling and program enrollment.
- Deliver exceptional, proactive customer service by greeting members and guests, ensuring proper check-in procedures, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Ensures daily operational excellence and adherence to JCC Pickleball policies and procedures.
- Handle member questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
- Follow all Emergency Action Plan procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies. Report incidents promptly to appropriate leadership.
- Communicate member feedback, operational concerns, and facility issues to the Director of Fitness or Fitness & Recreation Operations Manager in a timely manner.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submit quarterly programming to marketing and Salesforce team.
- Promote programs and lessons via monthly Eblast.
- Use our software scheduling system and app to assist members with court reservations, purchasing drills/clinics, and lessons, and enrolling in leagues.
AGENCY EXPECTATIONS
- Attend all required staff meetings and agency trainings.
- Model the JCC’s mission, values, and commitment to community.
