- Experiences in leading or managing the development of custom circuits or compilers for elements such as SRAM, Register Files, standard cells in leading process technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of custom circuits and associated tools.
- Transistor-level design, schematic entry, layout interaction, post-layout spice analysis, timing and margins characterization, EM and IR analysis.
- Knowledge of industry standard circuit, design and integration tools.
- Solid understanding of device physics and processes.
- Understand the complete design flow, DFT and testing aspect of the compiler IPs.
- Ability to work with architects, logic design teams, circuit designers and bridge the knowledge boundary for all.
- Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work in global environment
- Good communication skills and strong motivation for customer support
- Strong analytical & Problem solving skills
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering, with 10+ years of experience in design and managing design teams to deliver high performance circuits, SRAMs, register files, custom datapaths.
- Delivered at least one generation of memory compilers in advanced process node.
