Planning Engineer (HDB, Condo & Landed Projects)
Summary
Plans and tracks construction schedules for public housing, condos, and landed properties using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6, while coordinating with site teams and reporting progress.
- Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Prepare reports for project milestones and variances.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure schedule compliance.
- Support risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies for delays.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 3 years of planning experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Good communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
