Plant Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Plant Accountant to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant accounting and possess a CMA certification. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance within our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of plant accounting, including cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Collaborate with plant management to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. - Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors as necessary. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function.
