Plant Manager - ACPL
Job Summary:
Directs, manages and leads a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Directs and manages relationships to meet customer needs. Directs and manages all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements. Directs the use of Cummins values, processes, and procedures, including promoting the right environment. Coaches and develops plant staff. Directs the development of strategies and goals to meet the overall business unit and enterprise objectives. Directs the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain. Drives internal and external cross-functional interactions. Drives community involvement.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or bachelor degree or higher, required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Broad business leadership experience, including managerial, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
Requires extensive operation leadership experience, strong cross-functional collaboration and a deep understanding of JV environments to manage both operational excellence and strategic supplier partnerships.
