ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate well with the Line, respond quickly to orders called
• Prepare and package all sandwiches, potatoes and additional items to order
• Prepare plates to order
• Maintain cleanliness, stocking and organization of plate prep area
• Assists other stations when able
• Demonstrate proper rotation of product
