Platform/Devops Engineer

At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our strategic partnership with a leading European financial market infrastructure provider.

Key information:

  • 25 000 – 29 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
  • 22 000 – 25 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

  • strong hands-on experience with Apache Airflow administration, deployment and troubleshooting in enterprise environments;
  • proven experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms and containerized workloads;
  • practical knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize;
  • experience designing and implementing cloud authentication and authorization solutions;
  • strong understanding of GCP IAM, Service Accounts, and Workload Identity Federation;
  • hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles;
  • experience managing and troubleshooting cloud-based databases and application connectivity issues;
  • strong knowledge of GitHub administration, including repositories, environments, secrets, branch protection rules, and code ownership;
  • knowledge of English (min. B2);
  • working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • high communication skills;
  • eager to learn and share knowledge.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

  • deploying and maintaining Apache Airflow on OpenShift using GitOps practices with ArgoCD, Kustomize, and Helm;
  • troubleshooting and stabilizing Airflow environments, including resolving connectivity and reliability issues related to Google Cloud SQL;
  • supporting the implementation and migration of Airflow authentication and authorization solutions in collaboration with Identity, IAM, Governance, and Compliance teams;
  • designing and implementing secure Airflow-to-GCP authentication mechanisms using multiple GCP service accounts and Kubernetes/OpenShift Workload Identity Federation;
  • managing GCP service accounts, IAM roles, and permissions through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
  • setting up, maintaining, and governing GitHub repositories, including environments, variables, secrets, code ownership, branch protection rules, and CI/CD-related configurations.
