As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and improving our Azure-based infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and platform services. We are looking for professionals with experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, systems administration, or database administration who are passionate about automation, operational excellence, and building reliable enterprise-scale environments. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and well-governed cloud services while contributing to modernization and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure, including networking, governance controls, policies, and platform services.
- Manage and optimize cloud platforms, kubernetes clusters and business-critical services, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Support and enhance Azure-based environments, including containerized workloads, platform services, and database platforms where applicable.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and GitOps-based deployment processes using Terraform and ArgoCD.
- Evolve platform standards, landing zones, automation capabilities, and self-service tooling for engineering teams.
- Support project teams during onboarding and help resolve complex platform-related challenges.
- Continuously improve platform performance, security, documentation, and operational processes.
