The codebase is Next.js 16 + Tailwind + Supabase + cmdk · same stack you see on the marketing pages today. Architecture decisions are written down in Docs/ARCHITECTURE_DECISIONS.md and Docs/AI_DILIGENCE_SPEC.md.
What you own
- 01 Ship the AI diligence worker · LibreOffice + pgvector + Anthropic Sonnet
- 02 Replace the iframe data-room viewer with a PDF.js canvas + watermark layer
- 03 Build the cron-driven saved-search digest emails
- 04 Add SAML / SCIM provisioning for enterprise tenants
- 05 Maintain the Quiet Capital design system
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building React + TypeScript apps
- Comfort with Postgres RLS + Supabase + Next.js Server Actions
- Bias for institutional density over consumer flash
- Have shipped LLM-powered features end-to-end
