Platform Engineer - Full Stack for Manufacturing Ops

Arke is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to unify multiple client installations into a coherent platform. You will assess current setups, define a shared foundation and build reusable components for reliability and easier development.

The role spans frontend and backend in TypeScript on Google Cloud, with emphasis on stable migrations, testing, and clear documentation. AI-enabled tooling will be part of the workflow to improve quality and velocity.

Assess existing installations and map architecture, dependencies, data models and customer behaviour. Define shared conventions and boundaries for common code and extensions. Build reusable components across installations, including UI, logic and integrations. Improve stability with better testing, error handling, monitoring and docs. Plan incremental migrations, protect data/workflows, and simplify rollbacks. Develop across the full stack: interfaces, APIs and data models. Incorporate AI tools into exploration, testing and documentation. Connect engineering decisions to customer needs and long-term maintainability. Production applications built with TypeScript across frontend and backend. Experience consolidating separate implementations into a shared product. Strong architectural judgment and abstraction skills. Experience with databases, APIs, authentication and third-party integrations. Familiarity with Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms. Practical use of AI coding assistants or agent-based workflows. Disciplined testing, data integrity, security and safe releases. Ability to work independently and communicate trade-offs clearly.
