This position is remote and offers flexible hours, ensuring the ability to work effectively on varied tasks including real-time analytics and integrations. Own core product delivery end-to-end. Build AI-native workforce management platform components. Develop an omni-tool integration layer. Build real-time analytics dashboards. Architect a compatible tool-use layer. Ship production features. Design and implement a scalable integrations framework. Set up engineering hygiene. Iterate quickly and pragmatically. Ability to ship end-to-end features independently. Experience with APIs, data models, and production constraints. Understanding of OAuth2, webhooks, and API pagination.
