This position supports the Salesforce Centre of Excellence in Singapore by managing cloud infrastructure and automated delivery systems. You will focus on modernizing software workflows for public-sector applications that handle critical citizen services and case management.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
  • Automate metadata deployments and source-driven development using Salesforce CLI.
  • Manage AWS cloud environments including EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3.
  • Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Deploy and manage containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement security protocols for secrets management, IAM policies, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Develop backend integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Python or Java.
  • Create technical documentation and runbooks to support team training and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Practical experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines and managing Salesforce metadata deployments.
  • Ability to use Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Capability to write backend code in Python or Java.
  • Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of Git version control and branching workflows.
