Platform Operations Analyst

TEAMSYSTEM SPA is seeking a Platform Operations Analyst in Milano to enhance cross-team coordination and deliver insightful reporting for leadership. You will help define the vision and roadmap for platform initiatives, ensuring delivery and continuous improvement across projects.

The role requires 2+ years in analytical or operational support roles, with a strong capability to synthesize complex data into clear, decision-ready documentation and strong English proficiency (C1).

Support cross-team coordination and platform project workflows by tracking status, handling follow-ups, and maintaining alignment across shared goals and workstreams. Build dashboards and reporting materials for leadership meetings and internal steering committees. Conduct analysis and research to support strategic decisions across the Platform Direction. Oversee backlog management for the directorate, coordinating priorities to maintain momentum. Serve as the primary stakeholder interface between platform leadership and internal teams. 2+ years in analytical or operational support roles in consulting, product organizations, or fast-paced environments. Ability to manage multiple workstreams with shifting priorities and end-to-end task completion. Strong ability to synthesize data into decision-ready documentation with concise messaging.
