PLM & Engineering Data Engineer — Startup-Scale Hardware

Hysata in Port Kembla, NSW, is seeking a hands-on PLM and CAD data specialist to fix and optimize our engineering data systems.

You will work directly with the Director of Mechanical Engineering to configure a PLM platform, build BOM structures, implement ECO/ECR, and document control to enable scale-up toward production. This role emphasizes practical problem solving over frameworks, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering robust data processes for a hardware startup.
