Plumbing Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to oversee plumbing projects in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various types of piping systems, including PVC, UPVC, SWR, and CPVC, as well as experience in managing water tank installations and plumbing fittings. This role requires a thorough understanding of government approvals and departmental processes, including PWD and CPWD approvals, to ensure compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. - Liaise with government departments to secure necessary approvals and permits for plumbing installations. - Oversee the installation of plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. - Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. - Prepare and submit government tenders for plumbing projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. - Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. - Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
