Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various aspects of our construction projects in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior finishing and MEP coordination, ensuring that all project components align with the overall design and specifications. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution. - Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accurate drawing interpretations. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of interior finishing techniques and materials. - Experience in MEP coordination and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQs and interpreting construction drawings. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
