PMC Lead Engineering (Island Design)
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for ADNOC Offshore island development projects, ensuring engineering deliverables meet project requirements, ADNOC standards, HSE regulations, budget, and schedule throughout FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, Construction, and Commissioning phases.

- Lead overall engineering execution for offshorei sland facilities.
- Coordinate civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process engineering teams.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes (API, ASME, IEC, ISO, ASTM, etc.), and project specifications.
- Manage engineering interfaces between client, EPC contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor engineering progress, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Conduct design reviews including HAZID, HAZOP, Constructability, and Design Risk Assessments.
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide engineering guidance.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical bide valuations and vendor documents.
- Provide engineering support during construction, commissioning, and start-up.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with ADNOC HSE and quality management requirements

Expected:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, Electrical, Structural, or related discipline).
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional registration is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years in offshore oil & gas engineering.
- Strong experience with:
- FEED
- Detailed Engineering
- EPC projects
- ADNOC Offshore projects
- Offshore artificial island/platform developments
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ADNOC Engineering Standards (AGES).
- Experience with offshore facilities, utilities, pipelines, and process plants.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as:
- SmartPlant
- AVEVA E3D
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of risk management, value engineering, and technical assurance.
