Location: Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, NC, and assigned project locations
Pay: $15–$22 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced construction environment, build practical skills, and learn about plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installation alongside experienced tradespeople.
We are hiring hands-on installers for multi-family apartment construction projects. We welcome candidates with installation experience in any one of these trades: plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), or electrical. Experience is preferred, but is NOT required.
You will work under a trade foreman and perform installation tasks appropriate to your experience and assigned trade.

Responsibilities
- Install plumbing piping and fixtures, HVAC ductwork and equipment, or electrical wiring, conduit, boxes, and devices, depending on your trade.
- Follow the foreman’s direction, project plans, and installation instructions.
- Assist with layout, rough-in, finish installation, and punch-list work.
- Move, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with other crew members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow jobsite safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Report installation issues, missing materials, and safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Some hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical installation preferred; candidates with helper-level experience are encouraged to apply.
- This position requires travel. The company will cover eligible travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, in accordance with company policy.
- Frequent overtime opportunities
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to follow instructions, work reliably with a crew, and learn new skills.
- Multi-family or new-construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform essential job duties, including working on ladders, carrying materials, and working in active construction environments, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $15 to $22 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
