Job Overview

This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD), ideally starting in September, and is based in France (Poissy).

Stellantis runs a Program in which initiatives are continuously created across functions and teams. These initiatives are captured in several project-management systems into a single combined extract. This consolidated extract is then loaded into a central dashboard for tracking across the program.

The role combines PMO and pipeline governance, week-to-week difference analysis, and light tool maintenance supported by an AI tool. Your objective is to ensure that the upload and update process runs reliably, that figures reconcile, and that weekly changes are understood and clearly explained for review meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Weekly tracking: reconcile figures, remove duplicates, create backups, review the output in Excel, and load it into our specific tool on the weekly review cycle.
  • PMO and pipeline governance: check that initiatives are at the correct stage gate in EVO, review initiatives for completeness and quality, clarify ambiguous cases, and identify initiative owners.
  • Week-to-week analysis: compare each week against the previous one, including new, removed and changed initiatives, assess impact by stage, and explain the differences for review meetings.
  • Tool maintenance with AI: keep the mapping file up to date, including correct filters, owner-email lookups and correct values, without coding, or use Cursor to make targeted changes that automate future updates.
  • Data accuracy and control: verify outputs before uploading, create backups before sensitive changes, and reconcile results against source data rather than relying on the tool alone.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Excel and data handling: Proficient Excel skills, with the ability to review, reconcile and structure data accurately.
  • AI tool usage: ability to guide an AI tool such as Cursor using clear language instructions to support targeted updates and process improvements.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with numbers, comparing weekly changes and explaining data variations in a clear and business-oriented way.
  • Accuracy and governance: high level of precision when handling sensitive files, with a strong habit of verifying before uploading and seeking confirmation before sensitive changes.
  • Working approach: solution-oriented, structured and reliable, with the ability to manage recurring weekly processes and stakeholder requests.
  • Communication: able to clarify ambiguous cases, identify initiative owners and communicate findings effectively in review meetings.
  • English level: B2/C1 level required, with the ability to work in an international environment and communicate clearly in written and spoken English

At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs. We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability. Diverse teams will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.
