About the Role

We are expanding our Dynamics team in Hyderabad and hiring a PMO / DevOps Consultant to support our Dynamics 365 delivery engagements.

You will be the person who makes sure our Dynamics projects run with structure, discipline, and visibility — and that our Azure DevOps environment actually supports the way we deliver. You will work on Dynamics 365 engagements across the suite of solutions and support our Project Management team on local and global programs.

This is a growth role with the opportunity to provide project support on larger projects and in learn project management while managing the administration and reporting of those projects. If you enjoy bringing order to delivery, building clean processes, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with consultants and clients across geographies — this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Project & Delivery Governance (PMO)

• Set up and maintain delivery governance for Dynamics 365 projects as a support resource.
• Own project artifacts: status reports, RAID logs, sprint cadences, and stakeholder updates under the direction of a project manager for multiple projects in parallel.
• Report scope, schedule, budget, and risks across multiple engagements.
• Partner with Project Managers and Delivery Leads on project hygiene opportunities
• Align with PMO Leadership in GBA to build and enforce consistent delivery standards across your assigned portfolio.

Azure DevOps Ownership

• Set up and administer Azure DevOps projects for each engagement.
• Structure work items, sprints, boards, backlogs, and release pipelines.
• Maintain traceability from requirements → development → testing → deployment.
• Manage repositories, branching strategies, and release management for Dynamics 365 customizations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Be the bridge between PMO, Operations, and Consulting
• Internal support of clients with clear, transparent communication and timely follow-through.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify reporting/DevOps inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Standardize templates, checklists, and reusable assets across the practice.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a PMO, delivery operations, or DevOps role within a consulting or Microsoft partner environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps — boards, pipelines, repos, and release management.
• Solid understanding of project delivery lifecycles (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) in a client-facing setting.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 BC and F&O
• Strong written and verbal English communication; comfortable working directly with APAC and US stakeholders.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to drive structure without becoming bureaucratic.
• Flexibility to work partial overlap with US business hours as needed for delivery coordination.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• MBA, PGDM, or Master's in Project Management or Information Systems is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure DevOps, Agile, or PMI certifications are highly valued in lieu of, or in addition to, formal education.

• Microsoft or PMI certifications (e.g., AZ-400, MB-800, MB-500, PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe).
• Prior experience supporting APAC clients or multi-geography delivery teams.
