PMO Lead
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Manage CAPEX projects including equipment installation and facility expansion.
- Drive new product transfer (NPI/NPT) projects into manufacturing operations.
- Monitor project budgets, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Prepare executive project status reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders for project activities
- Support Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives within projects.
- Ensure proper project documentation, governance compliance, and action-item follow-up.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification, or Project Management training is an advantage.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
