Duties & Responsibilities

Project Governance & Portfolio Management – 30%

  • Establish and maintain PMO governance framework, project management standards, tools, and best practices
  • Manage and prioritize the BU project portfolio aligned with strategic objectives and financial targets
  • Ensure project charters, scope definitions, and success metrics are clearly defined and approved
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs (schedule, cost, scope, quality, risk)
  • Conduct regular project reviews and executive reporting
  • Identify cross-project dependencies and resource conflicts, and drive resolution
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency

Project Execution & Cross-functional Coordination – 30%

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic and operational projects
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management
  • Ensure alignment among R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and remove execution roadblocks
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) programs and large-scale operational initiatives

Project Financial & Performance Management – 20%

  • Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
  • Conduct project P&L impact analysis and support business case development
  • Improve resource utilization and optimize allocation across projects
  • Ensure project financial targets align with Annual Budget and 5-Year Plan
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decisions

Strategic Planning & Process Improvement – 15%

  • Support long-term strategic roadmap planning and execution tracking
  • Drive standardization and digitalization of project management tools and reporting systems
  • Benchmark best practices and improve organizational project maturity
  • Facilitate lessons-learned sessions and institutionalize knowledge management

Leadership & Communication – 5%

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and execution mindset
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and high-performance culture
  • Support talent development in project management capabilities

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, operations, or related functions
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional or complex projects
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management and problem resolution
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Oracle, Jira, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
