✅ Location: Lisbon Oriente
• Possible start: 9.11
• Office-based work in Lisbon Oriente
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:30–20:00 rotational shifts (full-time: 40h/week, weekends off)

✅ Project:
As a Polish Customer Service Advisor, you will support Polish-speaking customers and insurance brokers on an international insurance project.
You will help with questions about policies, coverage and cancellations while working in a structured international team.
✅ As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
• Explain insurance coverage and product information
• Support policy cancellation requests
• Assist insurance brokers and direct enquiries to the correct team
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:
• Base salary: €1,073 gross/month x12 or €920 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
• Fixed project bonus: €70 gross/month
• Extra Project Bonus: €84 gross (part of a total of €1,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
• Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167/month, via meal card
Average monthly package: approx. €1,227–€1,327 gross/month €167 net/month meal card

• Polish at C2 level
• English at B2 level or higher
• You already live in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon
• Clear and professional communication
