• Possible start: 3.12
• Office-based work in Lisbon Oriente
• Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off)

✅ Project:
As a Polish Customer Support Advisor, you will support buyers, sellers and content creators using an international video and e-commerce platform.
You will help users with orders, deliveries, account-related questions and reported issues in a structured international team.
✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will:
• Support users through inbound and outbound calls
• Assist with orders, deliveries and account-related questions
• Help buyers, sellers and content creators with reported issues
• Resolve cases clearly and efficiently
• Escalate complex cases according to procedures
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:
• Base salary: €1,073 gross/month x12 or €920 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
• Fixed project bonus: €70 gross/month
• Extra Project Bonus: €84 gross (part of a total of €1,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167/month, via meal card
Average monthly package: approx. €1,227 gross/month €167 net/month meal card

• Polish at C2 level
• English at B2 level or higher
