Pool Bartender (Part Time)

At Hyatt, our guests choose us for our authentic hospitality and caring, attentive associates. We're looking for a charismatic Pool Bartender to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in our outdoor dining and bar areas.

You’ll be serving at two unique outlets\: Vista Square Kitchen, featuring a lively walk-up window for poolside beverages, and The Well, a full-service outdoor bar offering elevated cocktails in a relaxed, resort-style setting. This role blends speed, creativity, and personal connection.

The pay rate for this position is $17 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay.

What You’ll Do\:

• Craft and serve beverages at both a high-volume poolside window and a full-service bar

• Provide personalized recommendations and warm, engaging service

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area

• Ensure compliance with local and state alcohol service regulations

What We’re Looking For\:

• Prior bartending experience preferred

• Solid mixology skills and bar equipment knowledge

• Outgoing, attentive, and team-oriented personality

• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
