Summary
Maintains and cleans residential properties, including grounds, vacant units, and common areas, with light maintenance and repairs.
The Porter at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintain the general upkeep of our properties. This includes grounds work, make readies, minor repairs, and more. Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Remove trash and debris in public areas
- Surface cleaning
- Grounds keeping - moving lawns, hedges, clearing snow and ice
- Make ready vacant apartments
- Painting
- Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs, restocking cleaning supplies, unclogging drains, etc.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
