Position Summary
The Porter / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the assigned multifamily community. This role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming environment by ensuring all common areas, grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained. The Porter / Groundskeeper supports daily property operations through routine cleaning, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and resident service while working closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to enhance the overall resident experience.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Onsite | The Halstead | Houston, TX
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend/Holiday Support: Occasional weekends and holiday coverage based on business needs

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $18 – $19/hr (dependent on experience, skills, and location)
- Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary bonus upon eligibility
- Incentives: Eligibility-based long-term incentives and performance-based awards
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and market considerations.
