We're looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Brooklyn properties.

Schedule:

Saturday - Wednesday 2pm - 10:30pm, off Thursday & Friday

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
• Maintain exterior areas
• Collect and sort trash
• Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
