Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

The Portfolio Manager II role is the connective tissue between clients, credit, and confidence; turning raw financial details into clear credit decisions that keep deals moving forward. The Portfolio Manager II will partner closely with Relationship Managers from the very first client conversation, dive deep into financials, and shape accurate, well-supported credit stories that stand up to underwriting and approval.

This position will analyze cash flows, spreads, and projections, prepare and review credit memos and risk ratings, and keep a watchful eye on asset quality across the portfolio. From construction draws and borrowing base tracking to appraisals, environmental reports, and loan documents, the Portfolio Manager II will be the detail‑oriented risk spotter who ensures everything aligns with policy, performance, and reality.
