Portuguese Business Analyst - Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Business Analyst to be responsible for budget and forecast expectations for Financial Planning and Analysis compliance with the company’s policies.

As a Business Analyst in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Lead annual Strategic planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes
• Lead Regular review meetings with stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Create & review FP&A key reports using SAP and year to date analysis (Consolidation & Functions spending and capital expenditures)
• Support month-end close process
• Ensure that reports are accurate, clear and value-added
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across
• Develop models to support in decision-making

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of Portuguese - mandatory
• Advanced level of English
• Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle a large set of data, & reports
• Ability to meet deadlines & corporate requirements in a timely manner
• Flexible person, who takes initiative, has a feeling of responsibility & strong interpersonal skills: team player, can work in a team in a results-driven environment
• Ability to work in cross functional teams, propose and implement solutions
• Ability to work autonomously with clear goals within business priorities
• Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Availability to work Hybrid model from our site in Santos, Lisbon

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field it’s a plus
• Experience in a BPO environment, with knowledge of outsourced business processes
